8.4 System information
for malfunction diagnosis
Carried out by the operator
In case of malfunctions of the controller electronics
and irregularities in the controller software it is
necessary to contact the service (» Table of mal-
functions).
For a closer malfunction diagnosis the service
department needs precise system information will
ask them from the user:
• Furnace type
• Serial number
• Hardware version
• Software version
Retrieve system information as follows:
1. Switch furnace on with mains switch.
For approx. 3 seconds numbers and/or text
will appear in the display.
2. Write this information down and pass on
to the service department.

9.2 Maintenance schedule
In the following sections maintenance work is descri-
bed that is required for an optimum and problem-
free operation. In case that during regular checks an
increased wear is observed shorten the required
maintenance intervals according to the respective
actual wear and tear. If you should have questions
regarding maintenance work and intervals contact
the manufacturer, see Service address, last page.
