The strap is not attached to the SLC during delivery. You
can easily attach the strap or special accessories.

OPERATION
3.1 ADJUSTMENT OF THE SCREW-IN-TYPE EYE CUPS
Basically, there are three (SLC 42) or four (SLC 56)
different adjustment positions available with different
distances between the eye and the lens. This allows
you to adjust the eye cups individually to your personal
preference.

3.2 ADJUSTMENT OF INTERPUPILLARY DISTANCE
Pos. A: Initial position without
spectacles: For this, twist out the
eyecups anti-clockwise to the full
extent.
Pos. B: Initial position with spec-
tacles: Twist in the eyecups clock-
wise until they stop.
Pos. C and D: Alternative positions
or interim adjustment stages for
spectacle-wearers and non-spec-
tacle-wearers.
