5.4 Replacing the oven injector
To replace the oven injector, proceed as follows:
• Empty the oven.
• Remove the pan and the pilot flame peephole protection
• Remove the lower faceplate (unscrew the 3 upper
screws + 2 lower bolts).
• Remove the flame deflector on the oven (remove the
front screw).
• Replace the injector.
• Check for leaks!!!
5.4.1 Replacing the oven pilot flame injector
To replace the pilot flame injector, proceed as follows:
• Unscrew screw "G".
• Replace the nozzle as indicated in Table "C" (page. 54).
6. INSTRUCTIONS FOR USE
The appliance must be used by qualified personnel as it is an appliance that is meant
for professional kitchens. It must also be used under supervision and only for cooking
food.
6.1 Turning on the burner pilot flame
Press the knob and turn it to the left until it reaches the pilot flame
ignition position.
Hold the knob down and bring a match near the burner.
After the pilot light has been lit, hold the knob down for about 20/30
seconds in order to heat up the thermocoupling. After the 20/30
seconds has passed, release the knob.
Turn the knob counter clockwise and position it on the symbol
(large flame) for maximum power or on the symbol
Turn the knob clockwise, positioning it on the symbol
and keep the pilot flame lit.
6.2 Turning off the main burner
Turn the knob to the pilot flame position: the main burner turns off and only the pilot
flame stays on.
6.3 Turning it completely off
To turn off the pilot flame and the main burner, turn the knob to the "off" position.
