6.5.3 Turning the oven off
To turn the pilot flame off and prevent ignition of the main burner, press the off button
"O" all the way in. The safety device installed keeps the appliance from coming back
on for a few seconds

7. MAINTENANCE

7.1 Cleaning and care
During cleaning, do not wash the appliance with direct sprays of water or water under
pressure! At the end of each work day, the appliance must be thoroughly cleaned. Daily
cleaning of the appliance ensures perfect operation and longer life of the appliance.
Before cleaning, disconnect the appliance from the mains using the upstream switch.
Remove all of the removable parts of the oven and wash them separately. Steel
parts should be washed in hot water with a neutral detergent. Do not use abrasive or
corrosive detergents that could damage the steel.
7.2 What to do if the appliance is not used for an extended period of time
Thoroughly clean and dry the appliance as explained in the instructions, close the gas
valve upstream of the appliance and unplug it from power (electric ovens).
7.3 What to do in the event of a malfunction
If there is a malfunction, turn the appliance off, close the gas valve upstream of the
appliance and unplug it from power (electric oven) using the device that is upstream of
the appliance and inform technical assistance.
7.4 Maintenance
Maintenance must only be performed by qualified personnel. Before starting any
maintenance operation, close the gas valve upstream of the device and unplug it from
power (electric oven). Wait until the appliance is cool.
7.5 Disposal of the equipment
At the end of its working life, the equipment must be disposed of according to
legislation.
8. ACCESSIBILITY AND REMOVING PARTS (only for the authorised installer)

8.1 Oven gas valve
To replace the gas valve, proceed as follows:
Remove all of the knobs
Remove the upper control panel.
Unscrew the nuts from the gas conduit and the thermocoupling, remove the
temperature sensor from inside the oven chamber.
Unscrew the 2 screws that attach the gas valve.
Install the new valve.
Check for leaks!!!
