• Switch through the 5
functions clock, pedometer,
calories, heart rate and
memory modes
• Press and hold MODE for 2 seconds to enter or exit
corresponding function setting
• Switch parameters
• Press and hold for 2 seconds to upload memory to your
computer
2. Reset
• Switch function modes
• Reduce set value
• Hold for 2 seconds to reset or clear data
• Recall memory of the day
3. Start
• Hold for 2 seconds to turn on/off measurement of heart rate
• Increase set value
• Switch between clock and calendar mode
• Timer start/stop
• Turn alarm on/off
