n HOW TO WEAR AND USE YOUR WATCH
To use your heart rate monitor, you need to:
1.
Fasten the watch tightly, so that the optical sensor on
the back is in close contact to your skin. The data is
more precise if you wear it this way.
2.
Wear the watch above your wrist on the forearm.
3.
Exercise for a few minutes before you turn on the mo-
nitor. Increased blood flow improves the performance.
PS:
Cold weather may influence the measurement accuracy.
We recommend to use the monitor indoors or to use a
protective sleeve.
