Installation : any installation, maintenance and/or modification of the system must be carried out by qualified personnel. There could be special
technical norms to be respected. Warning: this device is for indoor use only. Electrical connections : any electrical connection must be made
according to the state of the art, all wires must be fixed and banded in order to avoir accidental detachment. Close properly the boxes of the
devices. Disconnect all electrical connection over 25 V before opening the boxes of the operating devices. Power supply : where provided :
12-24 Vcc, use security supply units protected by fuse. Responsibility : the manufacturer is not responsible for any consequence of improper

GENERAL FEATURES
VocalPhone Junior is a GSM phone dialler able to send 4 vocal messages and SMS to 9 stored telephone numbers, after the receipt of an
electric input and through a latest generation 4-band GSM module.
The vocal messages can be recorded directly on the device, while the SMS, the phone numbers and the various functions setting can be
programmed through whatever mobile phone, by sending to the device suitable SMS as described afterwards. Apart from the vocal recording,
all the rest of programming can be also carried out at a distance.
Thanks to the built-in relay, the device can be operated via telephone, thus allowing the gate opening function or a different electrical operation.
The extreme simplicity, the reduced price and the flexibility make VocalPhone Junior an interesting solution for whatever problem of alarm
transmission and/or signalling at a distance via GSM.

TECHNICAL FEATURES

no.4 Normally Closed (NC) to GND or +, inputs for the phone calls operation: by opening them, the vocal messages are sent.
no.2 Normally Open (NO) block inputs (if closed to GND or +, they block the sending of message 1 and 2).
no.1 relay output (1A – 110V AC/30V DC) to be operated via telephone.
no.1 anomaly output NPN (12V DC 100 mA): it closes (for 15 seconds) after 15 minutes of GSM field absence.
no.4 vocal messages of adjustable length, to be locally recorded and listened to.
no.4 SMS messages of 24 alphanumerics each, to be programmed separately.
no.9 telephone numbers to be combined with 1 or more vocal messages/SMS.
Automatic switching off and switching on again of the GSM module every 12 hours (GSM ant-masking prevention).
Automatic update of SIM expiry (1/23 months) and remaining credit after every alarm cycle.

LED INDICATIONS AND OPERATIONS
no. 4 LED for handle/selection of vocal messages: MSG1...MSG4, not visible when the box is closed.
no. 4 LED for functioning control (always visible): GSM field intensity, message sending...
no. 4 programming buttons: SEL (message selection), REC (recording), PLAY (listening), TEST (test)
3.
PROGRAMMING
3.1 First power supply and SIM card insert
Warning: insert and take out the SIM card only when the device is not supplied.
The device works only with SIM cards without PIN code: in case PIN is already stored, cancel it before inserting the SIM card; if this is not
possible, PIN must be 1 2 3 4 (to carry out this operation, please use a mobile phone able to). Then insert the SIM card in the device, paying
attention to the right back, and connect the power supply in direct current to the suitable terminals + and - : the 4 internal and external Leds will
flash at the same time for approx. 10 seconds. To go on with programming, wait until they stop flashing. Warning: possible damages due to an
incorrect connection to the terminals invalidate the warranty.
