Battery installation
1. If present, remove the battery insulating strip or remove the
battery's protective film and insert the batteries according to
the polarity.
2. Replace battery cover.
3. Replace batteries when "Lo" is displayed.

Setting measurement unit
You can switch to "pound", "stone" and "kilogram" (lb, st:lb,
kg) by switching on the scale and immedialely pressing the

button.

Measuring weight only
1. Stand on the scale without moving and distribute your weight
evenly on both legs. The scale immediately begins to measure
your weight. After flashing, the weight is established.
2. The scale switches off a few seconds after you step down.

Setting user data
Your personal parameters must be stored in order to measure
body fat and other physical data.
1. Switch on your scale (tap the weighing area) and wait until
"0.0" is displayed.
2. Then press "SET". Now the first memory preset flashes in
the display.

2. Select the memory preset where your basic personal data is
stored by pressing the "up"
The data is displayed consecutively until "0.0" appears.
3. Step onto the scale barefoot and make sure you're standing
on both conductors.
4. First your body weight is calculated and displayed.
5. Remain on the scale and avoid moving; your body fat is being
analyzed. This may take a few seconds.
