TROUBLESHOOTING

Problem
The dispenser does not
close
It is difficult to install the
dispensing unit on the keg
Not enough foam
is produced while
dispensing
The beer turns cloudy
The beer is too warm
The beer tastes flat
The beer runs too slowly out
of the beer tap
The cooling chamber is
covered with frost (slight
frost is normal)
Possible cause
The dispensing unit is not correctly
installed and protrudes from the
dispenser
The keg tap was not moistened
prior to tapping
The beer is too cold
There are grease, washing-up
Liquid or residues in the glass
The glass is too warm
The glass is dry
The beer is too cold
The beer tube is not clean
The beer was incorrectly shock

The keg was not chilled long
