11. INSTRUCTIONS
User instructions
Read this manual before starting to work with the device. Keep it in safe place for consultation and
technical assistance or when you need to go to an authorized service center.
The unit is designed for cooking or regeneration of bakery products, (fresh or frozen), with the maximum
adjustment range of 60 minutes and 250 ° C.
The distance between trays is 80 mm and whenever possible we recommend that you leave 70 mm
space between pieces in the same tray for efficient air flow.
Likewise we recommend that you warm up the device to the operating temperature about 20 minutes,
which guarantees a better finished product.
To remove the door, allow to cool the device, and after fallow the next steps:
5. Open the door completely
6. Lift up the tabs placed on the joints and partially close the door until it stops ( notch on both tabs).
7. Remueve the door by pulling it gently up and out.
8. To reassemble the door, put smoothly the door joints in the hinge of the oven, and pull the tabs down.
First use of the device
Remove the protector plastic film. In case of some remnants of glue, use a suitable solvent and then
clean with soap and water.
The interior of the chamber and the trays should be cleaned with soap and water before the firs use, and
tried during 30 minutes in 200⁰C
Warning: never use products that can be aggressive and acidic which can damage the device
Warning: always when you are going to do any maintenance or cleaning, disconnect the device from the
power and let it cool down
