3. Troubleshooting

3.1 Soft Reset

If you are having difficulty connecting to WiFi, try a Soft Reset on your Control Square.
While the Nanoleaf Canvas is connected to power and running a Scene, hold down the
Control Square until the LEDs flash, then release (10 - 12 seconds). The Power button LED should light up after this.
The following data will be erased:
• WiFi network configuration
• App connections
The following data will not be erased:
• Saved Scenes

3.2 Hard Reset

This will restore your Nanoleaf Canvas firmware to the most recently installed version. All of your saved data will be removed.
The following data will be erased:
• WiFi network configuration
• App connections
• Saved Scenes
3.3 WiFi
Check your router settings:
• Is your WiFi a 2.4 GHz network? 5 GHz networks are not supported.
• Ensure multicast, IGMP, UPnP (if available) are enabled on your router settings.
