Passing an incoming call from the panel
establish communication directly from the panel to the tenant. The guard porter
doesn't need the permission of the neighbour to set up the communication. When
the tenant lifts the handset up, the SB will show the message LINE ENGAGED and
it won't be able to interfere the conversation between the panel and the tenant.

Consult (): The guard porter asks first the tenant whether he wants to accept the
call or not. Both of them (the tenant and the guard porter) will be watching the same
video picture from the outdoor panel. If the tenant decides to accept the incoming
call, the guard porter set up the communication pressing OK. The tenant will
automatically get communication with the outdoor panel and the SB will show the
message LINE ENGAGED. If the tenant decides to reject the call, the handset of
his Telephone / Monitor should be hanged up. At this point the guard porter can
press the self-starting button of the SB to get communication with the panel again
and give the corresponding explanations to the visitor.
