Assemble the Faucet
Make sure the handle O-ring is installed and undamaged.
Reinstall the handle to the valve stem.
Tighten the setscrew.
Wet the handle O-ring surface with soapy water or liquid soap.
Slide the handle skirt over the handle and snap it in place on the
valve.
If applicable, reinstall the trim ring.
Turn on the water supplies.
Check the faucet for leakage for several days.
