Automatic TriPlus Greasing System
Your machine is equipped with a Groeneveld Automatic TriPlus Greasing
System. Designed specifically for the industrial market, the system will auto-
matically lubricate all points connected to the lubrication system on a timed
cycle, with the correct quantity of grease.
The system consists of
• a grease pump with integrated control unit
• progressive distribution blocks
• a failure indicator lamp
• an optional cycle mode switch with an integrated lamp

System performance

The system performs all operations automatically. After the ignition is
switched on or is in operation the pump will at pre-defined intervals supply
measured quantities of grease to all the points. Five seconds after the igni-
tion is switched on the indicator lamp will light up for three seconds.
Cycle mode switch (optional)
Your system could be equipped with a cycle mode switch you can select two
different cycle mode settings.
The cycle mode switch appropriate as follows:
- Switch ignition and the hydraulic lock lever (if present) on.
- For the normal duty mode the cycle mode switch must be de-
activated, the integrated lamp will not light up.
- For the heavy duty mode the cycle mode switch must be activated, the
integrated lamp will light up.
Filling of the reservoir
If the grease in the reservoir reaches the minimum level the pump has to be
refilled:
1. Remove the dust cap from the filler coupling.
2. Carefully clean the filler coupling and the coupling on the filler hose.
3. Fix the filler hose on the filler coupling.
4. Fill the reservoir up to the maximum level indicated on the reservoir.
Fill the reservoir never higher, because this can lead to damage of the
follower plate.
5. Remove the filler hose.
6. Clean filler coupling and fit the dust cap.
