Response times

The response time corresponds to the propagation time in the safe bus node UE3212; this
is the maximum time required, i.e. also in case of a fault, between the shut down of the
sensor outputs and the availability in the AS6Interface chip in the safe bus node.
To calculate the safety distance for a protective device you must take into account:
the response time of the switching contacts connected to the safe bus node UE3212
the response time of the safe bus node UE3212
the response time of the safety monitor
the stopping time of the machine or system
