GMOS-044 Connections to be made From the 16-pin harness to the aftermarket radio: • Connect the Green/Purple wire to the reverse wire of the aftermarket navigation radio. • Connect the Red wire to the ignition/accessory wire. • Plug the 16-pin harness into the GMOS-044. • Connect the Orange/White wire to the illumination wire. If the aftermarket radio has no illumination wire just tape off the Orange/White wire. From the 18-pin harness to the aftermarket radio: • Connect the Blue/White wire to the amp turn on wire. • Connect the Black wire with the ring terminal to the radio chassis with ISO • Connect the White wire to the left front positive speaker output. screw that is supplied with radio. - Página 3 • Connect the RCA’s to the audio AUX-in of your aftermarket radio (if equipped). No extra steps are required to retain this, so leave it as-is. • Turn the ignition on, and then turn the aftermarket radio on. • Push the Onstar button, the radio should turn off and you should hear Onstar. • Push the Onstar cancel button and the radio should come back on.

Below are the wiring instructions on wiring and using the ASWCSTALK. Note: The ASWCSTALK cannot be used to control the aftermarket radio, i.e., volume, seek, mute, etc. You can only use the ASWCSTALK for controlling the personalization menu. 1. Connect the two Black wires of the ASWCSTALK to 12-volt accessory power.
