POSSIBLE CAUSES
Pressure generated by the pump is lower
than that required by the installation.

Inadequate suction
•
Liquid density or viscosity
Insufficient piping diameter
•
Air enter
•

Damaged bearings

Pressure needed lower than assumed
•
Bad priming
Blocked pipes

Blockage inside the pump

Poorly set up of discharge valve
El. Supply, fuses or thermal protector dis-

Poorly float switch set up
5) The motor overheats.
6) The rotor turns with difficulty.
7) Excessive noise or vibration.
SOLUTIONS
Check the pressure drop and the geomet-
ric height
Improve pump suction. Check pump height
above the ground, and grid state.
Change the pump for more suitable one.
Install pipes with major dimaeter
Check regulation of levels in well
Contact Official Technical Service Center
Set up the discharge valve
Raise and immerse pump again
Clean the pipes
Clean the impeller/ grid
Set discharge valve up correctly
Connect again, reset
Set float switch up correctly
