Read this manual carefully before installation and commissioning of the device.
Compliance with the instructions of the manual will make the device serve reliably during all

the period of its service life. Keep this manual for the whole period of the service life as it
contains requirements to maintenance of the device.
Fans are designed for exhaust ventilation of residential,
public and commercial premises (production and storage
facilities, auditoriums, halls, etc).
Fans are designed for mounting into round ducts and are
not subject to be used independently.
Delivery set includes:
1. Fan 1 pce;
2. Screw 3.5 E 40 mm 4 pcs;
3. Operating manual 1 pce;
4. Packing box 1 pce.
Fans are compatible with
100, 125, 150, 160, 200
, 250, 315
mm diameter ducts.
Fans are intended for connecting to a single phase current
network of 220 240V, 50Hz frequency.
Fans are designed for continuous operation without
disconnection from network.
Protection rating from access to dangerous parts and water
penetration is IP 40
Fans can be operated at ambient temperatures etween
15°C to +50°C, for a short period up to 25°C.
Store fan in manufacturer's packaging in ventilated room at
temperatures between 0°! and +40°! and relative humidity
not more than 80% at +25°!.
Fans can be mounted with 4 screws and dowels horizontally
or vertically to a wall or ceiling (fig.1).
Fans are equipped with a mounting bracket.
To insure optimal fan installation the case of a fan has
4 mounting points for the bracket.
Air motion must match direction of indicator on the fan case
and corresponds to the air motion in the system.
Place for the fan should be selected so that to secure free
access for its maintenance, service and replacement.
Fans should be protected against of the possible water
penetration inside with help of fan installation under hood or
roof. Installation and connecting scheme are shown in fig. 2 5.
Fan surfaces need to be cleaned regularly from dirt and dust
(Fig. 6 9).
Cleaning is made with soft cloth with the usage of water
solution and washing agent. Ingress of liquid to electric motor
must be avoided.
Turbine blades should be cleaned every 6 months.
Use a dry soft brush or compressed air to remove dust from
the turbine blades.
Be careful while cleaning not to move balance weights of the
impeller. After cleaning the surface must be wiped dry.
This device is not intended to be used by children or persons
with lowered sensory or mental abilities, or in case of their
lack of knowledge or experience when they are not being
under supervision or instructed by a person who is
responsible for their safety. Children should be under
supervision of adults not to admit playing with the device.

Take actions to prevent penetration of smoke, carbon
monoxide and other combustion products into the room
through open chimney flues or other fire protection devices,
and to remove any possibility of formation of reverse flow of
gases from devices that use gas or open flame.
The transferred air shall not contain any dust or other solid
particles, sticky substances and fibrous materials.
Use of the device in the proximity of inflammables or vapors
such as spirit, gasoline, insecticides and others is forbidden.
PROHIBITED: misuse of the device or any unauthorized
alteration or modification.
Do not close or block unit inlets and outlets in order to allow
optimal air passage. Do not sit or put objects on the unit.
