Installation and connection of the fan should be performed with disconnected
EN
power network only.
Connection of fan model KSA 250
,KSA 315
supplied with a cable should carried out via terminal box X1
and external automatic switch QF with electromagnetic
breaker which opens all circuit phases.
Switch QF should be placed so that free access is provided
to it in order to ensure routine switching off.
Protection actuating current should correspond with fan
consumption current. The recommended current rating
for automatic switch QF is 3,15 A.
Scheme of fan connection without the use of thermal
protection for electric motor is shown on figure 12.
The recommended scheme of fan connection with the
thermal protection of electric motor is shown on figure 13.
Connection terminals TW1, TW2 are the entries of sealed
contact of electric motor's thermal protection.
This contact should be connected to power circuit of
magnetic starter coil KM1 which starts the electric motor
once the S1 button is pressed. This contact breaks and
switches off the motor starter coil in case if electric motor is
overheated. This leads to motor cut off and stopping.
The automatic switch QF, magnetic starter KM1, control
buttons S1 and S2 all are not included in a standard delivery
set and are fixed by the consumer himself.
ATTENTION! The KSA 250
, KSA 315
fan motor package
which includes power cable is not supplied with
overheating control!
