4. When a sufficient consistency to guarantee the patient's immobilization is reached, close the valve (turn the knob
clockwise) and disconnect the pump tube.
5. At this point at least four operators can lift the mattress and place the immobilized patient on the most suitable means for
transport.
The improper use of the device can cause injury or damage to the patient.

The handling operations must be carried out with the utmost attention and coordination.

