To apply detergent follow these dope:

launcheruse.
2.
Prepare HydroFoam
TM
wash according to instructions on
the bottb or prepare detergentsolution as required by job.
3.
Mace smaii fiiter end of detergent siphoning tube into
detergent container.
NOTE:Make sure the filter is fully submerged in detergent
while applying detergent.
NOTICE
Contact with the hot muffler can damage detergent
siphoning tube.
Wheninserting thefilter intoa detergent solutionbottb,routethe
tubesoasto keepitfrom inadvertently contacting thehot rnuffler.
4.
Make sure HyrdoFoam
TM
Launcher is installed.
NOTE:Detergentcannot be appiied with the high pressure
nozzles (Yellow, Orange or Red).
5.
Make sure garden hose is connected to water inlet.
Checkthat high pressure hose is connected to spray gun
and pump. Turn on water.

Start engine foilowing instructions How to Start Your
Pressure Washer.

wash to a dry surface, starting at
lower portion of area to be washed and work upward,
using iong, even, overlapping strokes.
NOTE:To prevent water spotting on vehicles, work in a
shaded area and allow surfaces to cool before beginning.

wash to soak in between
3-5 minutes before washing and rinsing. Reappiy as
needed to prevent surface from drying. DO NOTaliow
HydroFoam
TM
wash to dry on (prevents streaking).
Forbest results, scrub the HydroFoam
TM
wash covered
surface to heip remove stubborn dirt, grime and stains. For
vehicles, use a soft car wash brush or mitt. For decking,
siding and concrete, use a brush appropriate for the type of
surface being cleaned.
IMPORTANT:You must flush the detergent siphoning system
after each use by placingthe fiiter into a bucket of clean water,
then run the pressure washer in low pressure for 1-2 minutes.
Pressure Washer Rinsing

Select and install desired ProjectPro

nozzle,as
described in How to Use ProjeetProTM NozzleSystem.
3.
Keepspray gun a safe distance from spray surface.
WARNING
Kickback from spray gun can cause you to fail.

• Firmlygraspspraygun with both handswbenusing high
pressure sprayto avoidiniurywhenspraygun kicks back.
4.
Apply a high pressure spray to a smaiI area and then
check the surface for damage. If no damage, proceed to
step 5.
Start at top of area to be rinsed, working down with
same overlapping strokes used for cleaning.

If you used the detergent siphoning tube, you must flush it
with ciean water before stopping the engine.

ALWAYS point spray gun in a safe direction, press red
button and squeezespray gun trigger to release retained
high water pressure.

Ceel gown System {Thermal Relief}
If you run the engine on your pressure washer for
3-5 minutes without pressing the trigger on the spray guls,
circulating water in the pump can reach temperatures above
125°F. The system engagesto cool the pump by discharging
the warm water onto the groend.
