of cold drinks. It can be used in nonstick pans without scratching the nonstick surface.
1. With the blending attachment in place, plug the appliance into a standard electrical outlet.
2. Insert the hand blender into the mixture to be blended.
3. Press the speed switches (I/II) to select desired speed. Refer to Recommended Processing
Time Chart. The blender operates continuously as long as the speed switch is pressed.
Note: When the blender is functioning, it is normal for the suction force to increase at the
bottom of the bowl.
4. When blending is complete, release the speed switch before removing blending attachment.
5. Unplug the appliance before removing the blending attachment or changing to another
attachment.
Using Whisk Attachment
This attachment can be used for whipping cream, beating eggs and egg whites.
1. With the whisk attachment in place, plug the appliance into a standard electrical outlet.
2. Grasp the handle and insert the whisk attachment into the mixture to be blended.
Note: Do not immerse the blender into any mixture that comes above the seam of the whisk
attachment.
3. Press the speed switches (I/II) and start with the low speed and gradually increase as the
mixture begins to thicken.
Place the cover on top of the chopping bowl and push it down until
it is securely in place (E).
Insert the handle in the top part of the cover and twist
counterclockwise until the arrow (▼) on the handle aligns with the
) symbol on the cover (F).
