HELPFUL TIPS

• Cut solid foods into ½-inch pieces for easier mixing or chopping.
• Use an up and down motion for mixing and pureeing.
• If using the immersion mixer directly in a saucepan, be sure to remove the pan from the
heat before using the blender.
• Use only crushed ice; the mixer is not designed to chop ice.
• Use a small glass bowl when beating egg whites to allow the bottom of the whisk to be
immerse into the mixture

Care and Cleaning

This product contains no user serviceable parts. Refer service to qualified service personnel.
TO CLEAN
1. Place 1 ½ cups hot water in mixing cup, add 1 drop liquid detergent and insert blender.
Run for 20 seconds.
2. Remove unit, unplug and rinse the bottom of the unit under hot running water. Dry
thoroughly.
3. Wash measuring cup, whisk, chopping attachments and blade in hot water and soap.
Important: The chopping blade is extremely sharp. Use caution whenever handling
this part of the appliance.
4. Wipe unit body with a damp cloth or sponge.
Important: Never immerse unit body in water or any other liquids.
