5.7 Minimum/maximum temperature display

The Ballast Connect Micro can display the actual
temperature and the measured minimum/maximum
temperature, provided that a Temp Probe (not
supplied) is connected to the Ballast Connect.
ATTENTION: Before connecting the Temp Probe you
must first switch off the Ballast Connect Micro via
the "maintenance mode" (see section 5.8). Then
disconnect the Ballast Connect Micro from the
socket. Plug the Temp Probe into the Ballast
Connect Micro and reconnect the Ballast Connect
Micro to the socket.
You are in the main screen. Press the PTK: the
minimum/maximum temperature values are displayed.

Hold to reset
Press the PTK for 3 seconds to reset Mn/Mx.

5.8 Switch off the relays (MANUALLY)

If you want to switch off all relays, because you want to
change plugs, go through the following steps:
You are in the main menu. Select "maintenance".
Temperature
=> Maintenance
Press the PTK to access the next screen:
Maintenance mode
Push 3x to exit
The LEDs of L1 and L2 now go off one by one. If both
relays are switched off, it is safe to change the plugs.
ATTENTION: If you change plugs when the relays
are on, the relays will be damaged. However, the
relays of the Ballast Connect Micro are not covered
by warranty.

6. Replace the fuse

If the Ballast Connect Micro is overloaded or in the
event of a short circuit, the internal fuse (10A) will
break.
To replace the fuse you have to open the Ballast
Connect Micro. Go through the following steps:
1. Remove the plug from the socket.
2. Open the housing by unscrewing the 4 screws on
the back of the Ballast Connect Micro.
3. Locate the fuse and remove it.
4. Insert a new 10 amp fuse.
5. Screw the 4 screws to close the housing.
Your Ballast Connect Micro is ready for use again.
