Installing the roof frame
(
12) Remove the roof frame and remove the glazing beads.
(
12a) Remove the shower roof frame (remove the protec-
tive film) and the plastic edge protectors.
Place a line of silicone on each of the plastic edge protectors and
position them as indicated, so that they are flush with the frame
edge.
(
13) Install the roof frame so that:
- (detail 1) the wood dowels on the wall are inserted into the
frame.
- (detail 2) the metal dowels are inserted into the glass profile,
- (detail 3) the metal dowels are inserted into the vertical wall
profile.
NOTE: these dowels are adjustable so that any positioning errors
can be corrected.
Subsequently, use a rubber mallet if necessary.

13) Attach the roof frame:
- (detail 4) to the glass profile,
- (detail 4) to the vertical wall profile,
Installing fixed glass panels
ATTENTION: in order to move the glass, use ONLY a
suitable suction lifter; the size should be suited to the
weight of the actual glass (75 kg). You must also use
suitable protective gloves.

14, details 1-2) Place a small amount of silicone on the
plastic spacers and position them in pairs, as indicated:
- on the base frame,
- on the vertical wall profile,
- on the glass profile,
- on the roof frame.
The spacers should be positioned against the wall profiles (part. 2).
NOTE: (detail 1) the thickness of spacers varies: any glass perpen-
dicularity errors can therefore be corrected, for example, by placing
one spacer higher than the other.
Models with screen-printed glazing:
This glass, which features near transparent areas, must
be installed according to a specified order. Therefore,
refer to the drawings attached in order to identify the
correct assemble sequence.
NOTE: the screen-printed glass side must face inwards.

15, details 1-2) After having measured the length, cut
sections from the sealant roll which must be applied to the:
- bottom glazing bead (f-i)
- vertical glazing bead (f-i)
- top glazing bead (f-i)
NOTE: it is recommended to cut approx. 5 cm more of the sealant
than the nominal length and then remove any remaining length
once assembly is complete.

15, details 3-4) Position the small glass panel on the plas-
tic spacers and allow it to run so that it rests against the spacers
on the vertical profile.
(
15, detail 5) Check the spirit level of the roof panel (to correct
any perpendicularity errors, use spacers with a different thickness).

15, detail 6) Install the glazing beads

16, details 1-2) After having measured the length, cut
some sections from the sealant roll which must be applied to the:
- bottom glazing bead (f-i)
- vertical glazing bead (f-v)
- top glazing bead (f-s)
NOTE: it is recommended to cut approx. 5 cm more of the sealant
than the nominal length and then remove any remaining length
once assembly is complete.

16, details 3-4) Position the large glass panel on the plas-
tic spacers and allow it to run so that it rests against the spacers
on the vertical profile.

16, detail 5) Check the spirit level of the roof panel (to correct
any perpendicularity errors, use spacers with a different thickness).
(
16, detail 6) Install the glazing bead (even on doors, pre-
sent on base and ceiling frames, if removed during their installa-
tion).
(
16a, detail 1) Remove the upper glass frame and then re-
move the glazing bead.
(
16a, details 2-3) Install the frame in such a way so the
metal dowels are inserted into the panel profile (subsequently, use
a rubber mallet if necessary).
NOTE: these dowels are adjustable so that any positioning errors
can be corrected.
(16a, detail 4) Attach the frame as indicated.
(detail 5) ATTENTION: ensure that you support the
frame until the glass is inserted.

16b, details 1-2) Place a small amount of silicone on the
plastic spacers and position them in pairs, as indicated:
- on the lower glass frame,
- on the vertical wall profile,
- on the upper glass frame.
The spacers should be positioned against the wall profiles.

sections from the sealant roll which must be applied to the:
- bottom glazing bead (f-i)
- vertical glazing bead (f-v)
