- Mount bushings (included) and rubber bushing

the presilencer (included).
NOTE
Initially hand tighten the screws only when mounting the exhaust
system. Once the mounting of the system is complete, align the
entire system and tighten screw connections fully.

- Mount presilencer using exhaust clamp
original manifold.

- Position exhaust clamp

- Mount original screw with range change metal nut, but do not
tighten yet.
RC 390 only

- Remove screws .
- Remove the original exhaust cover.

- Position exhaust cover (included) on the front spoiler.
- Mount and fi rmly tighten screws
- Install the front spoiler (see the Owner's Manual).

- Position main silencer (included).

- Mount screws (included) with washers
to 15 Nm.

- Mount springs (included).
- Align the entire system and tighten fi tting
to 10 Nm.
When you fi rst use the main silencer, keep the engine speed
low for about 5 minutes to warm the main silencer evenly. This
will ensure that the rock wool will have full effect and keep
noise down to the required level.

