Always cover the Bébéconfort Titan when exposed to direct sunlight in the car. Otherwise, the cover,
metal and plastic parts could become too hot for your child's skin.

Make sure the straps holding the carseat to the vehicle are tight.
WARNING:
passenger airbag if your child is sitting in a front-facing position and place the passenger seat in
the rearmost position.
Child in the Bébéconfort Titan car seat :
• Never leave your child unattended.
• For your own safety and the one of your child always put the child in the car seat and fasten
him however short your journey may be.

For group 23 usage, use the Bébéconfort Titan only on a front-facing seat that is tted with an
automatic or static 3-point belt that has been approved according to the ECE R16 standard or
similar. Do NOT use a 2-point belt.

After putting the child in the car seat, ensure that the harness is su ciently tight by pulling
the belt. Before every use, make sure the harness is not damaged or twisted.
Make sure you can t no more than one nger between the harnesses and your child (1cm).

If there is more space than 1 cm, tighten the harness belt further.
•
Check to make sure the headrest is adjusted to the proper height.
•
Do not use the child restraint device without the cover. Do not replace the seat cover with
any other than the one recommended by the manufacturer, because it will have a direct e ect
on the functioning of the car seat.
•
The temperature inside a vehicle may become very high, particularly after a long period of
exposure to the sun. It is strongly recommended, under such conditions, to cover the seat of
the car with a piece of material or something equivalent to prevent the harness xings, and in
particular the metal parts, from becoming hot and burning the child.
