General requirements for electrical equipment

appliances.

the kitchens of restaurants, cafeterias, hospitals, and small
businesses, such as bakeries, butcher's shops, etc., but not
for the continuous mass production of food.
• The appliance must never be left unattended when in use.

intended use.
• The use of different accessories to those recommended by
the appliance manufacturer may result in accidents.
• You must install the mounting bracket supplied with the
appliance. The appliance must be secured to a wall.
• The appliance must be earthed.
• The appliance must be powered by means of a residual
current device with a rated residual operating current of no
more than 30 mA.
• We do not recommend that you use this appliance in an
environment that exceeds a temperature of 40°C.
• We recommend that you inspect the power cable regularly
for any sign of damage.
