the GAIN calibration of the probe. If it is necessary you can modify the value of the buffer solution shown in the second
line of the display using the buttons + or -. Push CAL to confirm.If you read the message "Calibration Impossible" the
probe calibration is not saved. Read the following paragraph named "DUAL MESSAGES". If no error message appears
the calibration has been made.
DUAL MESSAGES
TIME ALARM
WHAT IS IT? The Time alarm is expressed in units (0-120unit) of dosage. One unit is equivalent to 1 minute of
chemical dosing (or CL plug activity in DUAL pH/CL REG). The units counting starts from 0 when the pump starts dosing
after the power on, it increases during dosing, it stops during level alarm and stand_by state, it is reset when the power is
off, when the measure reaches the setpoint and during the flow alarm. When the counting reaches the value memorized
in Time alarm, the system goes in Time Alarm state
1) The dosing stops (no tension to the CL plug in DUAL pH/CL REG system)
2) Green led On blinks
3) The display shows: "Tal" and the the measure on the second line. (See figure here above).

THIS WARNS MEANS THAT THE CALIBRATION IS IMPOSSIBLE. IT IS
NECESSARY TO DO IT AGAIN.
If you read the same message again after you repeated the calibration:
a) Check that the buffer solution is not polluted or contaminated (change it in this
case).
b) Check that the buffer solution selected on the display during the calibration is
the value of the one actually used.
c) The pH probe could not be working well (change it in this case)
OFFSET CALIBRATION
Dip the probe in the pH7 buffer solution and
wait for the stabilization of the measure on
the display. Push CAL 3 times and then
scroll the menu by + and – buttons till the
display shows "pH Electrode Calibration".
Push CAL to enter the submenu and then
the button – to do the OFFSET calibration of
the probe. If it is necessary you can modify
the value of the buffer solution shown in the
second line of the display using the buttons
+ or -. Push CAL to confirm.
If you read the message "Calibration
Impossible" the probe calibration is not
saved. Read the following paragraph named
"DUAL MESSAGES". If no error message
appears the calibration has been made.
GAIN CALIBRATION
Clean the probe with water and then dip it in
9 pH or 4 pH buffer solution. Wait for
stabilization of the measure on the display.
Push CAL 3 times and then scroll the menu
by + and – buttons till the display shows "pH
Electrode Calibration". Push CAL to enter
the submenu and then the button + to do
