1 Ensure that all threaded fittings and connectors are tight.
2 Replace any damaged, deformed or worn parts.
3 Check that equipment parts are seated correctly.
4 Check that the electrode stroke functions correctly.

• The ABIPLAS
CUT 200 W cutting torch may only be operated by
qualified personnel (in Germany see TRBS 1203).
• Please consult the operating instructions for the welding components,
such as the welding power source and the robot control unit.
1 1st cycle: press and hold the trigger on the handle – pilot arc starts.
2 2nd cycle: release the trigger – arc extinguishes.
When the protection cap is mounted, two safety contacts are electrically
connected. The pilot arc can only be started if the wear parts are mounted.
WARNING
Arc eye
The arc produced for cutting can damage the eyes.
• Wear your personal protective equipment.
• Check the personal protective equipment before every cutting process.
