The level control function will fail to operate properly if surface dirt is allowed to accumulate on the
sensors. Regular cleaning of the sensors is recommended for optimum performance.
ATTENTION!
A built-in time delay will prevent the pump from operating for approx. 20 - 30 seconds after
start-up
or after re-connection following disruption to the power supply.
ATTENTION!
To avoid air-locking the pump when installed on a sloping or uneven surface the pump should be
placed so that the discharge side is positioned at the lowest point.

Maintenance

Before carrying out any work, disconnect the pump from the electrical system and secure it from being
accidentally switched on again. Check the discharge pipe line for damage. To ensure that the pump
operates smoothly, we recommend regular cleaning of the inlet strainer to remove fibres and other
clinging material.
If there are problems, please contact your GC partner.
To avoid danger if the power cable is damaged, it must be replaced by the manufacturer or its service
agent or a similarly qualified person.
