PROBLEM
Unit fails to heat up.
The unit is heated, but does
not produce steam.
Steam output is intermittent.
Water drips from the Pressure
Relief Valve.

Troubleshooting

POSSIBLE CAUSE
Unit is not plugged in.
Household Circuit Breaker /
Ground Fault Interrupter has
tripped or blown a fuse.
Water Tank is empty.
Mineral build-up in unit.
Mineral build-up in unit.

SOLUTION
Plug into electrical
outlet.
Reset Circuit Breaker /
Ground Fault Interrupter,
or replace fuse. If you
need assistance, contact
a licensed electrician.
Refill Water Tank using
procedures on page 7 of
this manual.

procedure on page 10 of
this manual.
It is normal for steam
pressure to drop
periodically for a few
seconds. If steam stays
off for longer periods,
