LED Meaning

Your WRE-8011E has indicator lights on the
Top side. Please see below for an explanation
of the function of each indicator light.
Ethernet
On: Ethernet Connected
Flash: Transmit / Receive Data
Off: Ethernet Disconnected
Power
On: Power Ready
Flash: Waiting for device ready
Off: Power Off
WiFi Signal
On: Ethernet Connected
Flash: Transmit / Receive Data
Off: No WAN IP address from xDSL / Cable Modem
Connectors
Ethernet
Connects the device via LAN Ethernet to
a PC
WPS
Press this button for 3 full seconds and
the WPS LED will flash to start WPS.
Now go to the wireless adapter or device
and press its WPS button. Make sure to
press the button within 120 seconds (2
minutes) after pressing the router's WPS
button.
RESET
Reset button. RESET the WRE-8011E
to its default settings.
Press this button for at least 10 full
seconds to RESET device to its default
settings.
