Nasal Ventilation Circuit Assembly
You will need the following components to assemble a complete nasal ventilation
circuit (Figure 2):
• One ADAM nasal ventilation circuit assembly (P/N 133283-00)
• One ADAM headgear (P/N 133317-00)
• One pair of ADAM nasal pillows (P/N 616323-00, SM; P/N 616324-00, MD; P/N
616325-00, LG) or
one pair of dilator pillows (P/N 616355-00, SM; P/N 616356-00, MD;
P/N 616357-00, LG)
• One ventilator breathing circuit with exhalation valve (order with ventilator)

Headgear, Circuit and Nasal Pillows Assembly
1. Select the largest size pillow that seals and feels most comfortable.
2. Insert the pillows in the large holes located at one end of the ADAM shell circuit
assembly. Be sure to insert only the first expanded ring in the plastic shell
(Figure 3).
3. Fit the headgear to your head comfortably and then secure by adjusting and
fastening the Velcro
4. Connect the ADAM nasal ventilation circuit to the exhalation valve on the
ventilator's tubing circuit (Figure 2).
