• position a reference properly on the tool cutting line;
30
• insert the 5 mm Allen wrench provided in the hexagonal slot located on the bulb;
30
• using the Allen wrench, turn the bulb until aligning the mark with the tool cutting line
DURING THE ADJUSTMENT OPERATIONS, MAKE SURE THAT THE LINE PRODUCED BY THE MARKER DOES NOT
REACH THE OPERATOR'S EYES.
ALWAYS KEEP A SAFETY DISTANCE BETWEEN THE OPERATOR'S EYES AND THE END OF THE LINE. THE MANUFACTURER
DECLINES ANY LIABILITY FOR THE USE OF THE LASER MARKER IN APPLICATIONS OTHER THAN THE INDICATED APPLICATION.
RESIDUAL RISK
During the design phase, BATTIPAV SRL paid particular attention to the aspects that may generate risks for the safety and health
of operators. In spite of this, there are still some potential risks, which are described below:
Danger of presence of electric current: The machine has an internal electric system. CONNECT THE
MACHINE TO A SYSTEM WITH DIFFERENTIAL PROTECTION AND EFFECTIVE EARTH WIRE.
Danger of prolonged exposure to noise:
The continuative use of the machine causes an exposure to noise levels above 85 dB (A).
OPERATORS MUST USE PROPER EAR DEFENDERS.
Danger of accidental contact with the moving tool.
OPERATORS MUST WEAR HEAVY PROTECTIVE GLOVES
Danger of exposure to fragments of materials.
OPERATORS MUST WEAR PROTECTIVE GOGGLES.
ALWAYS STAY IN THE WORKING POSITION (Pos. 1 picture 21) DURING THE MACHINE OPERATION PHASES:
•
During material loading;
•
During material cutting;
•
During the cutting tool deceleration following the machine stop.
MAINTENANCE
BEFORE PERFORMING ANY OPERATION OR ADJUSTMENT, DISCONNECT THE MACHINE FROM THE SUPPLY
MAINS.
MOTOR CARRIAGE ADJUSTMENT
The motor head carriage is provided with a register for the vertical play adjustment.
For correct adjustment, proceed as follows:
• Remove the cutting blade as indicated in chapter "4 DIAMOND BLADE ASSEMBLY".
31
• Remove the motor head locking lever and the metal spacer.
32
• With the 10 mm wrench, unscrew the block nut of the blade guard transmission lever.
33
• Remove the blade guard transmission lever from the two pins.
34
• With the 8 mm Allen wrench, loosen the motor head retaining pin.
35
• Remove the motor head from the carriage, and place it on the working table.
36
• Slightly loosen the two motor register locking nuts.
37
• With a 3 mm Allen wrench, screw the carriage adjustment dowel until the play is eliminated.
• Tighten the register locking nuts again.
• Place everything back in the machine following the operations described so far in reverse order.
CLEANING
DO NOT WASH THE MACHINE WITH HIGH PRESSURE WATER JETS
38
It is extremely easy to clean the DYNAMIC machine by loosening the locking nuts and dismantling the working table.
Through the tap located on the bottom of the recovery tank, remove any working residual from the machine.
AFTER THE TANK CLEANING OPERATIONS, PLACE THE WORKING TABLE BACK IN POSITION, OBSERVING THE
DISTANCE FROM THE LEG SUPPORT.
40 41
Clean the sprayer regularly as indicated.
