PROBLEM
string trimmer

cAUsE
1. The battery pack is not
attached to the trimmer.
2. no electrical contact between
the trimmer and battery.
3. The battery pack is depleted.
4. The battery pack or string
trimmer is too hot.
5. The lock-off lever and trigger
are not depressed
simultaneously.
6. The motor is overloaded.
1. cutting attachment is bound
with grass.

sOLUTiOn
1. Attach the battery pack to the
trimmer.
2. Remove battery, check contacts
and reinstall the battery pack.
3. charge the battery pack.
4. Allow the battery pack or trimmer
to cool until the temperature
drops below 152°F (67°c).
5. Press down the lock-off lever and
hold it, then depress the trigger to
turn on the string trimmer.
6. stop the trimmer, remove the
battery, and clean the cutting
attachment; restart the trimmer.
