Troubleshooting
• You must have bare feet when using body fat, total body water, BMR and muscle
mass measurements.
• To get the most accurate and consistent reading, wipe your feet with a damp cloth,
leaving them slightly moist before stepping on your HealthStation.
• Be sure your feet are placed on the electrodes.
'Err' is displayed
• Body fat is lower than 5% or over 60%
• Improper feet contact when user has socks or shoes on.
• Hard or dry skin can prevent you making proper contact with electrodes on the surface of
the analyzer. Try applying a small amount of moisturizer to your feet before using the unit.
• HealthStation is overloaded.
"Lo" is displayed
This is the low battery warning. Battery needs to be replaced.

Care and Maintenance
• Do not disassemble the unit, other than replacing the battery; it contains no user
serviceable parts. Damage to the unit due to improper handling will void your warranty.

• Remove battery when the product is not used for a prolonged period of time.
• Clean the unit after use with a lightly dampened cloth. Do not use solvents or immerse
the unit in water.

• Avoid excessive impact or vibration, such as dropping it onto the floor.
