4 Production of duplicating models
4.1 Mixing of the investment compound
Premix the powder and liquid by hand with a spatula in the clean, freshly
rinsed cup of the Multivac
stand under vacuum for a short time Subsequently mix under vacuum for
approx 60 sec
4.2 Pouring the duplicating mould
Mix the investment compound flow into the duplicating mould under slight
vibration and carefully avoid the formation of bubbles After the duplicating
mould is filled, immediately switch off the vibrator
Note: Silicone duplicating mould can be poured easier if they have been
