GUARANTEE PROVISIONS

The Dealer grants a statutory guarantee period for the product described overleaf. The guarantee period
starts on the date of purchase. The proof of date of purchase is the receipt.
The Dealer will repair or replace the defective devices recorded in Germany free of charge. This does not ap-
ply to wear parts. The condition is the sending of the defective device with the proof of purchase before the
guarantee period has expired.
The right to guarantee does not apply insofar as a defect that occurred e.g. through external forces or as a
result of repair or modification that was not performed by the manufacturer or an authorised dealer.
The guarantee granted by the Vendor is restricted to the repair or replacement of the product. As part of
the this guarantee, the manufacturer or Vendor does not assume any further liability and is not responsible
for damages that are caused by non observance of the operating instructions and/or improper use of the
product.
The customer shall bear the costs of the check and repair if it is discovered that a guarantee claim applies to
a defect that is not covered by the guarantee or that the guarantee period has expired when the device is
checked by the Vendor.
