6 - Failure or irregularity checks

If your device stops working, you can carry out the following checks yourself, making
sure that :
Irregularities
The device has stopped
working (LED is off).
The forced period time
programming has disappeared.
The device enters safety mode,
(the LED is flashing green/red).
The device enters safety mode
and cuts out, and cannot be
restarted.
5 - After Sales Service
In the event of persistent failure, repeated incidents (leakage, power switching, etc)
or you need spare parts, contact your installer or your dealer.
To ensure that they can correctly understand and rapidly deal with the problem,
make sure you have correctly noted in advance :
- The items on the device's nameplate,
- The commercial reference on your dated purchase invoice.
1° Check the electrical connection.
2° Check whether the control thermostat (1) is in the heating position.
A power cut cancels the programming, reprogram as per section 3.
1° Check for fluid inside the device.
2° Disconnect and reconnect the unit from/to the mains to reinitialise the
control unit.
