Adjust of carburetor idle speed

Standard idle speed (neutral gear): 1500±100 r/min. idle speed must be adjusted on the normal temperature of engine on work. After 10
minutes of engine normal work. Don't try to adjust idle speed to make up other system.
User can decrease idle speed in higher temperature (Such as summer), increase in lower temperature (such as winter).
User can not often adjust idle speed, not decrease idle speed under 1200 r/min , otherwise make spare parts more abrasion .

Note: Carburetor is exact parts, if you have not special knowledge , please don't disassemble by yourself.

Check / adjusting and lubricating the driven chain

Check and lubricating of Driven chain
Driven chain include many mutual running parts, not maintaining in time will accelerate abrasion of chain. Then, user must maintain chain
regularly .If driven chain, big sprocket, small sprocket is out of use, user must renew in time.
Checking way as follows:
1) urn to neutral gear, turn off ignition switch.
2) use finger to wave chain , the normal field of wave should be on 10 mm to 20 mm.
3) turn rear wheel and stop. Check the elasticity of driven chain. Repeat many times, the vertical degree of chain should be certain. If the chain
is loose in some part, it means some links entangled and bend. These problems can be clear up by lubricating.
4) heck abrasion of two sprockets and tight nut on sprockets . If tooth of sprocket is broken, lost or abraded much, please renew.
