COMMISSIONING
Oiling
CAUTION: Only use special compressed air oil. Do
not use any other type of oil as this could lead to
damage to the device.
If the device is used without a filter control
lubricator, the device must be regularly lubricated
with special hydraulic oil.
For low-level use, lubricate once a day; for heavy
use, lubricate twice a day. Pour 2-3 drops of
lubricant directly into the air intake of the nail
unit. If too much oil is used, it will collect in the
device and be expelled in the exhaust.
Do not use detergent oil, WD-40, gear oil, engine
oil or any other lubricant which is not specifically
designed as a hydraulic oil. Unsuitable oils will
cause increased wear of the seals and O-rings,
resulting in poor
performance and frequent
repairs.

Adjusting the air pressure
Set air pressure between 70 PSI and 110 PSI,
depending on the staple length and hardness of
the workpiece. The best pressure is the lowest at
which you can work with successfully. Working
with a greater air pressure than you need puts
unnecessary demands on the device. Never
exceed 110 PSI.
70PSI Minimum
110PSI Minimum
Stellen Sie den Luftdruck zwischen 70 PSI und
110 PSI ein, entsprechend der Nagellänge und
der Härte des Werkstücks. Der beste Druck ist
der niedrigste Druck bei dem Sie erfolgreich
arbeiten können. Mit einem höheren als dem
notwendigen Luftdruck beanspruchen Sie nur
unnötig das Gerät. Überschreiten Sie niemals 110
PSI.
Connecting the compressed air supply
WARNING: Never use oxygen or other bottled
gases as a propellant. Flammable gases and other
cylinder gases are dangerous and may cause the
equipment to explode.
WARNING: Never connect the unit with a
compressed air source that can exceed 200 PSI.
Excessive pressure may cause malfunction, an
equipment explosion, and injury.
WARNING: Do not exceed the pressure indicated
on the device. Before using the device, check
that the correct air pressure range is set. Make
sure that the pressure gauge is working and
check it twice daily. Devices, if they are not used
to the design pressure, can lead to malfunction,
explosion and injury.
When connecting your device to the compressor,
only use suitable air hoses that meet the
following requirements:
• Minimum pressure rating: 200 PSI
• Minimum inner diameter: 0.64cm
• Maximum length: 30m

Establishing the compressed air connection:
1. Slide the quick release on the compressed air
hose into the connector until it clicks.
2. Check for leaks. If you notice a leak,
immediately stop using the device and get it
repaired by a professional.
3. Make sure that the air pressure regulator is
working and check it twice a day.
Functional test
CAUTION: Never use the device without a
working retainer!
Before working with the device, it must be
tested using the following checklist. If there are
any malfunctions take the device to a suitably
qualified technician for repair.
1. Disconnect the air hose from the unit and
remove all nails and staples.
• All screws must be tight and, if they are not,
screw them in tightly.
• The retainer and the trigger should be free-
moving and easy to operate.
2. Set the air pressure to 70 PSI. Connect the air
hose to the device.
• There should be no leakage from the device!
3. Take your finger off the trigger and press the
retainer against the wooden surface.
• The device should not activate.
4. Break contact with the retainer and the
wooden surface. Point the device downwards,
pull the trigger and hold it this position for 5
seconds.

• The device should not activate.
5. a.Press the retainer against the wood without
pulling the trigger. Then, pull the trigger.
• The device should fire.
b.Hold the trigger and lift the device and
distance the wood from the retainer.
• The device remains in activation mode (the
drive plate stays down).
c.Take your finger off the trigger.
• The device ceases to function (the drive plate
moves back to the top).
6. If the device is working properly, you can
now load staples into it. Fire staples into the
workpiece as normal.
• The device should fire normally.
Loading staples
NOTE: When loading the nails, be sure that the
nail tips are touching the guide rail and slide
smoothly in the magazine. Improper loading can
cause the device to fire incorrectly. Nails can be
misdirected, leading to unexpected operation
and damage to the unit.
1. Connect the air supply.
2. Press the magazine lock and open the
magazine as shown in the picture.
3. Note the device's specification for the
appropriate nail size. Use suitable nails and
make sure the nail tips are touching the guide
rail
4. Press the nail strip towards the front.
5. Close the magazine. The magazine lock should
stay in the closed position.
