Vacuum does not operate
Dust escaping
Metal nozzle, hose or
canister become HOT
Reduced or no suction
Nozzle clogs easily
*Do not wear gloves to vacuum ash that is warmer than normal or hot.
Only use original or manufacturer approved accessories and spare parts.

TROUBLESHOOTING

Always disconnect the plug from the power outlet before
POSSIBLE CAUSES
No power to motor
1. Filter not installed
2. Holes or torn filter
3. Filter gasket not laying flush on
canister top edge
4. Motor housing not seated or
secured
Ash is too warm or hot
1. Clogged nozzle, hose or vacuum
port
2. Canister full
3. Filter clogged with fine dust
Vacuuming too much ash at once

- Plug into power outlet
- Check power supply for blown
- Call customer service help line.
1. Install the filter
2. Replace the filter
3. Check and reinstall the filter.
4. Reinstall motor housing.
Or, lock down both clamps.
Allow ash to cool before
vacuuming *
1. Check for blockage & remove
2. Empty canister
3. Clean filter or replace with a
new filter.
Red & use manual's "Usage Hint"
section.
