Safety system

The forage wagon is equipped with a safety device to protect the mechanisms in case of overloads.
If there is eventually an overload, a safety screw will break and immediately stop the machine from
operating. If this occurs, turn off the tractor, remove the contact switch and eliminate the cause
which broke the safety screw.
Open the front safety shield A to replace the broken screw, remove the broken screw and install a
new safety screw B.

ATTENTION! The safety screw protects against overloads caused by foreign bodies entering
the helix transporter or conveyor belt. Use only original screws (HEX SCREW
M8 x 35 - STEEL 8.8 with a HEX NUT M8 - STEEL - 8.8 - SELF-TAPPING. The
wagon must use only 1 safety screw in order to operate correctly.
