Warranty conditions

Dear customer,
we congratulate you on the purchase, certain that the product you have chosen will
ensure the maximum satisfaction for you . We summarize below, for your conven-
ience, the conditions for valid warranty on the product you purchased .
- The warranty is valid from the date of receipt (receipt or purchase invoice) for the
period provided under applicable law (Legislative Decree 2/02/02 No . 24 imple-
menting Directive 1099/44/CE) or equal to 24 months in case of purchase with
receipt, or 12 months in case of purchase with the purchase invoice .
- In case of lack of valid tax document (receipt or purchase invoice) warranty claim
can not be exercised . Remember that in the tax document MUST be specified the
items purchased, in addition to the amount .
- The right to use the customer care must be exercised at the dealer where the prod-
uct was purchased .
- The seller is responsible for the lack of conformity becomes apparent within a pe-
riod of 24 months from delivery of the product, provided the lack of conformity is
reported within two months from the moment it occurred . The consumer need to
prove at the time of delivery that he purchased the product from the seller, the date
of purchase, the presence of lack of conformity .
- You should keep the packaging and the accessories contained in it intact, because
in case of sending to the lab you should use the original package with all the ac-
cessories .
- Warranty repairs do not extend the warranty period, nor do they begin a new war-
ranty period .
- Claims outside these conditions, as regards claims for damages outside of the prod-
uct, can not be taken into account .
- We do not accept claims of warranty: in case of misuse or poor maintenance; if
the product was installed improperly, or if it was plugged into an AC outlet with the
wrong voltage; if the repairs were made by unauthorized people; if the product was
not delivered in a package properly, causing damage during transport .
- We do not accept claims of warranty when: the serial number was removed, the
product was damaged during transport .
- The warranty is valid only for the first purchaser and can not be transferred to any-
one else .
- This product was made only for household use .
- The warranty is cancelled if the machine has been used with brands and models
different from the capsules Rolando Il Benessere Espresso .
