Taking the machine out of use must be done by authorised staff . The pressure of the
water circuit must be fully lowered, the power cord disconnected and any substances
potentially harmful to the environment must be disposed of legally and properly .
• Do not dispose of electrical appliances as unsorted municipal waste, use separate
collection facilities .
• Contact you local government for information regarding the collection systems
available .
• If electrical appliances are disposed of in landfi lls or dumps, hazardous substances
can leak into the groundwater and get into the food chain, damaging your health and
well-being .
• When replacing old appliances with new ones, the retailer is legally obligated to
take back your old appliance for disposals at least free of charge .
• If the machine is to be disposed as waste, it must be taken to a centre author-
ised for recycling electrical and electronic equipment (*). This is to protect
the environment and humans from any possible harm. For more information
about recycling please contact the offices of the municipality concerned, the
domestic waste disposal service or the retailer.
• Do not dispose of the material in the environment.
Label affixed to the machine as identification according to Direc-
tive WEEE (2002/96/EC) on Waste Electrical and Electronic Equip-
ment, designed for the European Market.
