 Once you have made the settings, select the SEARCH option and confirm with
O K .
 A prompt will appear asking if you would like to load the existing preset list or
not. Select YES or NO and confirm with O K . The search will then start or the
preset list will be loaded. If you load the preset list, the device will restart once.
The initial installation described here corresponds to the INITIAL IN
STALLATION option in the SETTINGS menu.
Setting
Select the satellite for which you want to carry out a
search.
Select the transponder on which the search will be
started.
Decide which channels you want to search for: FREE
(free channels), SCRAMBLED (encrypted channels)
or FREE+SCRAMBLED (free and encrypted chan-
nels).
Select the channel type.
DTV: Search for digital TV channels.
RADIO: Search for digital radio stations.
ALL: Search for digital TV channels and digital radio
stations.
Set the search mode.
BLIND SCAN: A full search will be run on the se-
lected satellite. This will also take into account new
transponders that have not been added to the tran-
sponders list. Two searches are performed during a
blind scan. The first search identifies the satellite's
transponders. The second search locates the TV sta-
tions. The blind scan takes the longest.
DEFAULT: A search will be run on the selected satel-
lite, based on the transponder list saved for this satel-
lite. This will take some time.
NETWORK: Activate/deactivate the network scan.
