You move through the programme guide using
the direction buttons. Under the date/time dis-
play, you can call up the programme listings for
the following days (up to a week) with the 
buttons. To do so, the TIME option in the top line
must have been set. Select CHANNEL to view a
list of all programmes for the currently selected
TV station. Under the TV station display, you can
select other TV stations (CH) with the  but-
tons.
Exit the programme guide.
