6. INSTRUCTIONS FOR USE AND ASSEMBLY OF HOSES IN EQUIPMENT "EP"
The inlet fittings. and output are incorporated in torch boxes and regulators, comply with ISO /
TR 28821. Also clamps are supplied for fixing the hoses.
6.1. Sacar los racores para manguera, de las cajas de soplete y reguladores y tener a mano
las abrazaderas y conjunto de manguera.
6.2. Remove the hose fittings, torch boxes and regulators and have the clamps and hose
assembly at hand.
6.3. Anchor a clamp at the end of each hose.
6.4. Insert each fitting with its nut mounted on each of the hoses.
6.5. Tighten both lugs of the clamps, with pliers, with enough pressure to obtain airtightness
on the fittings, preventing the clamp from cutting the outer lining.
6.6. Thread the nuts on the torch inlets and outlets of the regulators according to the
instructions provided with each of these products.
6.7. After assembling the hose assembly between regulators and torch, make a leak test
with soapy water to confirm the absence of leaks in the assembly made on the ends of
the hoses.
WARNING:

The nuts with left thread correspond to the fuel gas hoses.

Greases or oils should not be used to facilitate the entry of the fittings inside the
hoses. If necessary, soften the ends, introducing them in hot water, before introducing
the fittings
