Setting the water temperature
The water is heated by a tubular electrical heater. Do not set an ex-
cessively high water temperature, i.e. over the limit of 40 °C. The rec-
ommended temperature is 35-36 °C.
NOTE: with the version with 1.5 Kw heater, when the pump is
activated, the heater is turned off (the LED relative to the symbol
flashes) and is turned on once again after the pump has been
switched off.
Water heating temperature ("set point").
To check or modify the water heating temperature, do the following:
Press keys "
" or "
memorized temperature.
Keep keys "
" or "
" pressed down to change the value pre-
sented, from a minimum of 15 °C to a maximum of 40 °C
NOTE: press the
"
"
key to increase the value or the
decrease it.
When the system is turned off, or there is a power outage, the last
set point is stored in memory.
Operation of the heater is shown on the display by a LED on
steady under the symbol
To show the temperature of the water in the tub again, do
not touch any key for about 5 seconds.
As soon as the water temperature set point is reached, the
heater is shut off. It will not be turned back on until the water
temperature drops about 0.5 °C below the set point.
NOTE: in the instance where the "Silence" function is active (see
"Utility functions"), if the water falls under the "set-point" value, the
heater is not automatically turned back on. Where it is necessary to
adjust the temperature, the control panel keys must be used.
To ensure precise measurement of the water temperature,
the filtering pump comes on every half hour for about 30 sec-
onds (even if no filtering cycles were set), since the temperature
probe is located in the heater pipe.
NOTE: in the instance where the "Silence" function is active (see
"Utility functions"), the water temperature is taken without activat-
ing the pump.
CAUTION
Do not use the spa if the water temperature is 40 °C or more.
Maintenance of minimum temperature of wa-
ter in tub and anti-freeze protection of the pipes
("Smart Winter").
At regular intervals, the system reads the actual temperature. If it is
below the minimum admissible value (14 °C), the heater and the fil-
tering pump are automatically activated until the temperature rises
above that value.
": the display will show the current
.
The pump is turned on, and turns off after 1 minute. During this
cycle the heater is turned off but will be reactivated later.
The pumps are turned on at preset intervals, depending on
the temperature:
- temperature between 12 and 14 ° C:
Every 2 hours
- temperature between 9 and 12 ° C:
every hour
- temperature between 6 and 9 ° C:
every 30 minutes
- temperatures at or below 6 ° C:
every 15 minutes
NOTES
- If it is necessary to activate the smart winter protection during a
"
"key to
filtering cycle, it will be temporarily stopped and will resume where
the aforementioned ends.
- If it is necessary to activate the smart winter protection during
the "Silence" function (see "Utility functions"), it will be temporarily
stopped to enable the pump to circulate the water.
- If it is necessary to perform a smart winter cycle while a function
activated by the user is in progress, the cycle will be activated 15
minutes after the end of the function.
- If this protection is active, the spotlight may still be turned on.
- In the case of particularly low temperatures specifically, check the
electrical power supply regularly to ensure that the function is not
interrupted.
Water filtering
The water needs to be filtered to keep it clean, clear and inviting. The
pump runs the water through a cartridge filter in the skimmer (see
the chapter on "Maintenance of cartridge filter"). This operation
takes place based on a cycle during the day (filtering cycle) which
repeats every 24 hours.
General Information
The filtration cycle has two phases:
Start
The pump is activated for 1 minute.
Continuation
The filter system is activated for the remainder of the cycle.
Setting the filtering cycles
To set the filtering cycle:
Press the
32
key and hold it down for about 5 seconds. The
